The apartment is ready for check-in from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 am.

For a binding booking we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total price, at the latest 7 days after receipt of the booking confirmation.

We ask for cash payment on the day before your departure.

We are happy to offer you a bread roll service. Simply order your bread rolls the day before by 6pm via WhatsApp and they will be waiting for you in front of your flat in the morning.

The final cleaning fee is 80 euros per flat. We ask that the kitchenette is cleaned on departure, the dishes are washed and put away and the remaining food and all waste are disposed of. We reserve the right to charge separately in the event of unusual soiling.

Pets are allowed with us on request for an extra charge.

We would like to point out that pets are not allowed in the bed and on the couch. 

Cots including bed linen and high chairs are available free of charge. If required, please inform us in advance.

The use of bed linen and towels is included in the price, as well as parking in front of the house and WiFi. Furthermore, a SodaStream is available per flat.

We have thought about how to reduce waste and protect the environment. 

Since the tap water in Umhausen is of drinking water quality, we have equipped our flats with a SodaStream. This saves you carrying water bottles and also makes a good contribution to the environment. 

We can make a further contribution by using our towels more than once. If you still want a towel change, we charge 3.50 euros per person per change. 

All year round 4.00 euros per person and day, children up to the age of 14 are free!

The local tax is collected by the tourism association independently of the accommodation price and is used to maintain the infrastructure, such as maintenance of hiking trails, cross-country ski trail preparation, ski bus, signposting, etc.

The prices quoted are per flat per day, for the number of persons indicated in euros, excluding local tax and final cleaning. Up to 3 days a short stay surcharge of 15% of the accommodation price will be charged.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that you are not left with any costs in the event of a cancellation. You can take out this insurance directly on our website.
